Estimates and quotes

Quotes are based on the conditions observed at the time of assessment. Conditions discovered after work begins — such as concealed damage, non-code existing installations, or inaccessible components — may change the scope, and any change is communicated and approved before additional work is performed.

Beat My Quote price match

The price match applies to the following services: Water Heater Repair & Installation, Tankless Water Heaters, Sewer Line Repair & Replacement, Main Water Line Replacement, Whole-House Repiping, Water Filtration Systems. The competing quote must be written, itemized, current, and issued by a licensed plumbing contractor for a comparable scope of work and comparable materials. Verbal estimates and quotes from unlicensed providers are not eligible.

Workmanship warranty

Our workmanship warranty covers the quality of our installation and repair labor. Equipment carries its own manufacturer warranty, which passes to the customer. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, freezing, subsequent work by others, or pre-existing conditions outside the scope of the work performed.

Scheduling and emergencies

Emergency response times depend on location, traffic, and current demand. After-hours, weekend, and holiday work is billed at rates disclosed before dispatch.
